Our Printing Methods

We use Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Simply put, it's a giant ink jet printer but instead of loading paper we load t-shirts. Through an intricate process, DTG allows us to print in full color. We can print photos, typography, art, kids drawings and artificial intellegence generated images (AI).

White:
In order to have white show up on any color shirt, we need to primer the shirt. In print speak it's called pretreat. This process takes time and adds to the amount of ink used as well as labor.

Black:
You can not print a color on top of black. It just doesn't show up so we have to primer the shirt and lay a base coat of white. Then you can print full color on top of the white.

Light/Dark:
If you choose a lighter shirt and dark artwork we may not need to primer and lay a white base coat. This is an excellent option if you want to save a little money. It also provides a super soft feel. Once washed, you can't even feel the print on the shirt.

Dark/Light:
If you have a colored (dark) shirt and want to print lighter artwork we need to primer and lay a white base coat.

T-Shirt Vinyl:
Vibrant colors and metalic options. Great for words on a shirt and shirts that will be exposed to the outdoors or constant sunlight.
